Documents Required For Vehicle Sale
Valuation – the staff at The Car Auction Limited Newport, Shropshire have considerable experience in the valuation of motor vehicles and would be pleased to assist you in placing realistic valuations on your motor vehicle asset. A realistic valuation will help considerably in determining your reserve price.
Entry Charges & Fees – an entry fee is applicable each time the vehicle is entered for sale plus a commission fee when the vehicle is sold.
Vehicle Finance – ensure that vehicles are clear of finance when entered for sale and provide supporting documents. The Car Auction Limited Newport Shropshire provides an optional service to settle existing hire purchase agreements from the sales proceeds providing that the net sales proceeds are sufficient to clear the outstanding balance.
Unsold Vehicles – please advise if you wish an unsold vehicle to be entered into the next sale. Unsold vehicles should be removed within 24 hours or a storage charge will be applied.
Payment – a remittance cheque or BACS transfer will be sent to the seller, 5 days after cleared payment has been received from the buyer. Sale fees will be deducted.
Liability – the seller remains liable for the vehicle until a sale is concluded. Please ensure your vehicle remains insured.
